By using Aura Portrait, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who we are
Aura Portrait is operated by RelicLab LLC, a limited-liability company registered in the United States.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura Portrait. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
What you can do with Aura Portrait
You may use Aura Portrait to generate AI portraits of yourself or someone who has given you explicit permission. You may use the generated portraits for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
What you can't do
You may not:
- Upload photos of anyone who hasn't given you permission
- Upload photos of minors (anyone under 18) under any circumstance
- Generate portraits intended to deceive, defame, or impersonate another person
- Use the app to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Apple's App Store guidelines
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
- Resell or redistribute the app's services
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove offending content, disable your access to the app, and report illegal content to law enforcement.
You can report objectionable content directly within the app. We review every report and take action where appropriate within 24 hours.
Subscriptions and payments
Aura Portrait offers a monthly Pro subscription ($14.99/month) plus one-time in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The Aura Pro Monthly subscription includes 30 portraits per month. Additional portraits may be purchased as a one-time $4.99 top-up (10 portraits, never expires). A separate $3.99 Refresh Profile purchase lets you re-train your Portrait Profile on new selfies. Limits and pricing may change with notice.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the portraits you generate. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of training your Portrait Profile and generating your portraits. We do not use your data to train models for other users.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause or modify features to improve the app or respond to security issues.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated portraits may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
